Angelos is a visiting professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His main research interest is spectroscopic and photometric exoplanet observations. He is a Physicist graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has a PhD in Astronomy from UCL. As an expert in data analysis, both with ground-based and spaced-based telescopes, he is focused on developing user-friendly tools for everyone. He is the main developer of the scientific tools used in the project and strongly supports the collaboration between academia and amateur astronomers.

Anastasia is a PhD candidate at UCL. She is the co-ordinator of the ARIEL ExoClock project and the project manager for the ExoWorlds Spies project. Anastasia has graduated from the "Planetary Science with Astronomy" BSc of the Birkbeck University of London, is a graduate of the Space Studies Program (SSP) 2018, organised by the International Space University (ISU), and also holds an MSc in Science Communication from Dublin City University (DCU), and a Primary Education Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has a long experience in organising projects and outreach events that involve the public and school students. She also has a long experience in conducting exoplanet observations at Mt. Holomon observatory, where she conducted her undergraduate thesis.

Billy is the Project Scientist of the Twinkle Space Telescope, and a Research Associate on the ESA Ariel mission, who is based at University College London (UCL) and the UCL Centre for ExoChemistry Data. His work is largely focused on modelling the performance of upcoming space-based telescopes for exoplanet atmospheric characterisation. After studying BSc in Physics at the University of Bath, he studied an MSc in Space Science and Engineering at UCL/MSSL before completing a PhD at UCL under the supervision of Giovanna Tinetti. He is leading studies into the selection of targets for Ariel, is the curator of the Ariel Mission Reference Sample and is heavily involved in the ground-based photometric follow-up working group. Billy has undertaken an ephemeris refinement program as part of the Original Research By Young Twinkle Students (ORBYTS) scheme, which aims to involve high-school students in cutting-edge research, and is a Global Sky Partner of the Las Cumbres Observatory.

Lorenzo is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Cardiff University. His research efforts are mostly dedicated to the ARIEL Space Mission, for which he is responsible for the science performance modelling. His interests are in studying transiting exoplanet spectroscopy and photometry and in developing astronomical instrumentation. He has a Bachelor graduation in Physics and Astrophysics from University of Florence and a two years Master graduation in Astronomy and Astrophysics from "Sapienza" University of Rome. Even though most of his work is developing numerical models for instrument systematics and for simulated science, he has experience with ground based observations and data analysis as well.

Anaël is the French contact point of the ARIEL Exoclock project. His subject of interest is spectro-photometry for exoplanet detection and characterisation around red dwarf stars. He is graduated from the University of Grenoble-Alpes and has a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics in the field of exoplanets. During his PhD, he worked for the project ExTrA (Exoplanet in Transit and their Atmospheres) based in La Silla, Chile. In 2018, he joined the Observatory of Baronnies Provençales and is now sharing his time between research and development of new telescopes and surveys with amateurs, training in photometry for amateurs and outreach for the public in astronomy in general.

Cédric has a Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics Engineering and, from 2012 to 2016, worked as an engineer in the automotive industry. After 4 years of work, he decided to change his path. He completed a Master's Degree in Astrophysics and Space Instrumentation at the University of Coimbra, where he collaborated on the LUX-Zeplin dark matter detection project. He also did an internship at the European Space Agency (ESAC, Spain) to detect and characterize asteroids in wide field astronomical images. Currently, he is doing a PhD at the Institute of Astrophysics and Space Sciences (Lisbon, Portugal), where he collaborates for the ARIEL Space Mission.

Alessandro is a 37-years-old astrophysicist who got his PhD in 2012 from the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics (MPE) in Garching (Munich). His work is on the optical-IR spectroscopic confirmation and multiwavelength analysis of high-z, X-ray selected galaxy clusters, and also on developing a dedicated software for a semi-automated reduction of FORS2 spectroscopic data. After few years as a data scientist in Germany, since September 2018 he now works as aan IT technician and astronomer at the GAL Hassin Astronomical Center in Isnello (Sicily - Italy). There he is responsible for the science research activities and for writing pieces of codes for data reduction and facilities testing.

Georgia is an undergraduate student in Physics Department at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). Recently, she has been working on her undergraduate thesis about past climate fluctuations in the Laboratory of Atmospheric Physics at AUTh. Her research interests include Paleoclimatology, Planetary Atmospheres and Exoplanet Characterization. She has a keen interest on sharing knowledge and communicating science.

Adrian is a retired systems engineer, training manager and project manager. He graduated with BSc (Hons) in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Glasgow University and has had a lifelong interest in astronomy as an amateur. After many years as a keen astro-imager, his main interests now are in asteroid photometry and exoplanet transit observation.

Chrysostomos is currently an Undergraduate Student in Physics Department of University of Ioannina. He is also an amateur astronomer for the last 3 years.

Leon is a computer science student at RWTH Aachen University and amateur astronomer with an observatory in Germany. His research includes variable star and exoplanet photometry, precision astrometry, and stellar multiplicity. Recent work includes characterisation of exoplanet WASP-50b and development of new astrometric methodology for detection of binary objects.

Florence Libotte is an non professional astronomer. She belongs to the GEOS, Groupe Européen d’Observation Stellaire from 2016, and to the Sabadell Astronomical Society in Spain from 2015. She mostly is a RR Lyrae stars observer. That gives her an intense experience in field observations and data reduction. She collaborates with the Exoclock Project using EPN-TN telescopes, specially at Institute of Astrophysics of Canary Islands. She received a passing grade in “Introduction à l’Astrophysique” by Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.

Adam Popowicz is a professor at the Silesian University of Technology. He teaches courses in electronics and automatic control. His main area of research are wide technical aspects of astronomical observations, from automation of measurements, through physics of image sensors to optics design. He was a manager of several projects funded by national and international sources. He participates e.g. in BRITE satellite mission, where he is responsible for processing image data from satellite sensors. He established several remote astronomical observatories. He is the founder and manager of SUTO group (Silesian University of Technology Observatories, www.suto.aei.polsl.pl) and member of Polish Astronomical Society.

Alex is a PhD candidate at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in stellar occultations by asteroids and asteroid astrometry. Recently, his research has expanded to include the photometric study of stellar objects, such as artificial satellites and asteroids. His work integrates observational astronomy and data analysis to improve the understanding of these celestial bodies.

Vasiliki is an undergraduate student in the Physics Department at the University of Ioannina, currently working on her thesis in solar physics. She recently completed an internship at the Planetarium of Thessaloniki, where she gained valuable experience in science communication. Additionally, she is an active member of the volunteer team PSI (Physics Society of Ioannina), which focuses on promoting physics to the public. Until recently, Vasiliki served as the head of Public Relations for PSI, where she played a key role in organizing outreach activities and communicating the wonders of physics to a broader audience.
